pump.fun Plant a coinPlant

How it crawls

Snailpad runs its own bonding curve, so it can enforce a speed limit on price. pump.fun's curve has no hooks; a limit there could not be enforced.

How it works

  1. A coin gets its own curve. Launch mints 1B tokens (6 decimals, no mint or freeze authority). 800M sit on a constant-product curve, 200M wait for the pool. Launch fee 0.02 SOL.
  2. Buys are orders. An order goes into the coin's current epoch of 10 minutes. Minimum 0.01 SOL. No cancel.
  3. One price per epoch. When the epoch ends anyone settles it (the keeper does). The whole epoch fills at one price and stops where the curve price would pass the ceiling.
  4. The ceiling. The lower of 5% above the lowest price of the last rolling hour, and 2.5% above the epoch's start price. It is one line for every wallet at once.
  5. Refunds. What does not fit is returned pro rata with your tokens, plus the order's rent. The keeper pushes claims; you can claim yourself any time, claims never expire.
  6. Sells are never limited. Instant along the curve, also while the curve is full.
  7. Migration. When the curve holds 60 SOL and the coin is 72 h old, anyone migrates it to a Raydium CPMM pool at exactly the last curve price. All LP is locked in Raydium's lock program. After that there are no limits.

At 5% per hour the curve (end price 16.06x the start) cannot fill in under 57 hours.
